Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Speedicook Porridge Oats
  • 1 small egg
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

    Toppings:
  • Greek yogurt
  • Sliced banana
  • Peanut butter

Method

  1. In a bowl add your oats, egg, banana, honey and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat a non stick frying pan with a little olive oil/coconut oil and add your oat mix.
  3. Cook in a pan (as if you where making scrambled eggs!) until cooked and slightly golden
  4. Enjoy warm with toppings of your choice!
