Baking with Porridge Oats Recipes
400g porridge oats
25g desiccated coconut
350g butter, melted
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
175g caster sugar
Preheat the oven to 180C
Line a swiss roll tin with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until all the porridge oats are coated.
Spread the mixture out onto the swiss roll tin and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes until golden.
Cut into squares while still warm.
