Key Responsibilities:
• Help develop and execute brand and trade marketing strategies to strengthen White’s market position alongside the Marketing Manager;
• Use marketing insights and data to identify growth opportunities and inform NPD;
• Work closely with sales to ensure trade marketing efforts align with commercial objectives;
• Assist in the facilitation of joint business plans with key retailers and commercial partner;
• Support on the full communications mix, including managing digital (with appointed agency) and in-store marketing activations;
• Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with broader sales and commercial objectives.
The Person:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role;
• Proven brand strategy and campaign management experience;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
• Experience using digital marketing platforms to drive community growth and engagement.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
• Previous experience working within a commercial/category environment;
• Familiarity of data tools such as Nielsen or Kantar.
