Quick and Easy Baked Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional add-ins: nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, berries

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease baking dish.
  • Mix oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mash banana, then mix with milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add optional add-ins.
  • Transfer mixture to baking dish, spread evenly.
